While I spent a lot of time in Paris and London with my family sightseeing, I definitely made a point to put a focus on menswear. As a poor grad student with loans looming over his head, another trip to Europe doesn’t seem too likely, at least for a few years. As a result, I used what ever free time I had to meet up with Instagram mutuals and check out fantastic menswear stores that we just don’t have in Los Angeles. Deals are always great, especially when you’re a menswear enthusiast who doesn’t make make very much money. I honestly think that this is on par with my $3 chalkstripe suit, just by comparing cost to value. It’s probably because this is an amazing modern piece that retails for over $1k.
