This past week, I was proud to briefly visit my friend Garret Gooch and his latest project, which like most of his life, is centered around ethical and sustainable brands.

The Gooch Bros. are back again, bringing everyone back to the Arts District for a great evening of music, snacks, and great brands.
You know those rules you always learn early in life which you later go on to break, because it’s just so much fun? Yeah, that’s me with using black (and wearing dark fits in general) within classic menswear.
To some, it’s definitely a bit subversive. And that’s cool as hell.
After featuring these guys a few times in our blog posts and podcasts, I thought it would be great to have an entire article dedicated to the Gooch Brothers.
I always advocate trying to make menswear look natural and easy by taking dorky pictures. Especially if it’s in the cool, LA Arts District. It’s just nice to be dressed up with your friends, acting like yourselves instead of as models who are paid to hold a bottle of soda.
