Editorial: The Appeal of Film Photography
As I sit here in quarantine unable to go to events, flea markets, or to regularly hang out with friends, I’m reminded of my hobbies. I have quite a few creative outlets like painting and composing, but there’s one that has been completely intoxicating- film photography. It’s something so inherently cool and quirky, yet easy-going with the fun result of being able to have physical copies of the images.
Today, I dive deep on this new obsession of mine.
Wellema Hat Co.’s Three Year Anniversary Party
“Fuck Jetlag” was what I exclaimed on the way to a party at the Wellema Hat Co, which was literally the day after I came back from Japan. It was worth being extremely sleepy by the end of the event; it was a bunch of fun and a great way to mark my return to the States.
I also stayed up editing these pictures, so I hate myself.
On Menswear Photography
Photography, a fun hobby and an essential part of the menswear content machine. Let’s talk about it.
The Menswear in New York II
After a 3000+ word recap of my trip (that omitted things like the Rowing Blazers event and our visit to some vintage stores) it’s time to talk about what you’ve been waiting for: the outfits.
My Big NYC Trip
I returned to the city so nice that they named it twice (the other name is Manhattan)! This time, I decided to bring my friends along for a full vacation/menswear trip.
Do I even have to warn you how long this is going to be?
Editorial: Shorts on the Fourth (of July)
We ate some food, drank some dranks, and exposed our legs this past Independence Day. I’m won’t get into a lot of detail, but let’s just say that our poops were very good the next day.
Dapper Day x LACMA: David Hockney
Always a pleasure to be invited to the latest Dapper Day x LACMA event! This time they celebrate their latest exhibit, which centers on famed British painter David Hockney and his 82 Portraits & 1 Still Life.
There’s also some great candids and portraits of our own that I hope will serve as an editorial/lookbook of sorts.
Raj is Always Killin’ It

It’s time for a blast from the past and bring Raj back to the blog. It’s been a while!
The Menswear in New York
Warning: Extra freakin’ long blog post
NYC definitely beats LA in all aspects of classic menswear. Not only are there way more cool stores over there, but the young guys all dress the part as well. Here’s what I was able to document (as well as some of my own outfits).
