Here it is, the long awaited documentation of style at Dapper Day! I usually take a lot of pictures, but this time I was a bit disappointing with the turn out. A few people actually didn’t want their pictures taken! But the people who did accepted enthusiastically. Expression of style and fun is the main reason I enjoy going to Dapper Day. So enjoy some of the great outfits that Anthony and I had the privilege of shooting!

Suits have a bad rap. Menswear bloggers today are dedicated to making suits and formal wear look as casual as possible. For example, Dan Trepanier has an article on wearing Henley’s with your suit and HVRMINN wears Nike’s with his sharp DB’s. It seems that the suit (and its traditional accoutrements) has not shaken its pariah status among the masses. Don’t get me wrong; I’m all about dressing down a suit, but I’m still a standing fan of the classic suit worn. To my knowledge, there’s only a few men that can make wearing a suit look natural and easy, and I have the pleasure of featuring one of those masters. I present Chad Park from B&Tailor.
Fall is supposed to be the time of year when the weather starts to cool down a bit, but that definitely wasn’t the case for this Dapper Day. I did it guys. I graduated college in 3 years with Summa Cum Laude. However, what I’m most proud of is the outfits I wore for graduation weekend. Since this was a momentous occasion, I decided to go all out with what I wore. Even though I went out with a bang, I still aspire to continue to grow my ideas on fashion and style and use that knowledge to help you, my faithful readers, look the best that you can be! So here are my three outfits for my proudest day!

Guys tend to have one style. Raj for example, only sticks to the preppy essentials. Jay on the other hand doesn’t limit himself to just one specific style; he has such an expansive closet that he can create a series of different looks. Having a diverse style allows you to break out of your comfort zone and have outfits for any occasion. In this feature, Jay wears three different outfits that really break the mold.
